David Charles Lanyon

With the greatest sadness, on Wednesday 15th August 2018, after a long struggle with illness, David passed away at Llandough Hospital, aged 78 years with his family at his side.
Darling husband of Anna and father to Sarah, Samantha, Annika and David. stepdad to Paul and Micheal. Beloved brother to Val, John, Jimmy, Robert and Jean and loving grampy to Jade, Kayley, Chelsie, Taylor, Jordan, Kelsie and Riley.  He will be sorely missed by all his family and friends.
Resting at Coles Funeral Directors until the celebration of his life to be held on Tuesday 4th September at Thornhill Crematorium (Wenallt Chapel) at 11am, prior to interment at Thornhill Cemetery at 12.30pm.
Floral Tributes welcome; donations in lieu of floral tributes if desired, may be sent to British Heart Foundation, Lyndon Place, 2096 Coventry Road, Sheldon, Birmingham, B26 3YU in memory of David. A donation collection will be provided at the service.
